Today we will recommend some diets effective and easy to follow.

Starting with the South Beach diet, created by world-renowned cardiologist Arthur Agatston. This diet says allow the loss of up to six kilos in about two weeks thanks to good nutrition. The South Beach Diet is to his credit that can improve the level of bad cholesterol and triglycerides in our body, for that diet are divided into three phases. The first phase allowed eating all meat, vegetables and cheese in three balanced meals for 14 days, avoiding bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, fruit, sweets and alcoholic beverages. After these two weeks you will notice a physical difference and less anxious, that’s when you can go back to eating forbidden food before and then comes phase three, which consists of keeping the two steps as a way of life, if you notice a re-raise weight.
