Aloe Vera

Mild sunburn can cause redness, pain and swelling for three to seven days, in addition to itching, here we provide some home remedies that can provide relief from mild sunburn.

Hydrotherapy

Brief bathrooms, showers and towel compresses can help keep the burn cool and hydrated, for which the water temperature should be cold or warm, if the water is too hot can remove natural skin oils.

For mild sunburn, try taking a cold bath or shower and keep the area moist with cold towels for 10 to 15 minutes several times a day. (more…)
